● 研究兴趣、领域：
功能性食品微生物资源发掘、改造和应用
1）发掘：从传统发酵食品中筛选和鉴定益生菌，建立食品微生物菌种库
2）改造：利用乳酸菌和酵母菌高效制造芳香氨基酸衍生物（抑菌物质、风味物质、药用化学品等）
3）应用：制备新型功能发酵食品；发酵淡水鱼副产物生产高值化学品
